The place is simple, but comfortable. It is a work in progress and once finished will really be something special. We were there in the off season and the pool was too cold to use so we feel we overpaid. But it is good value for the hot weather seasons. We really liked to location. We had dirt bikes and the Baja racing trails are very close by. Lots to explore. You should have a vehicle to really enjoy the location. It is close to town, but not too close. The beach is close enough you can walk... couple kms maybe. Ceasar was an exceptional host and made sure we were comfortable and happy. He is a really good guy. The neighbour had two dogs that were very neglected and I had to feed and water them for the four days we were there. Please if you stay here, make sure they are ok. I made a fuss to the local dog shelter and Ceasar and I complained to the owner and shamed him. Hopefully the situation has improved for them. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed San Felipe.

Very pleased with Cesar and Carlos he was very straight forward and polite. Even though we had a few inconveniences we had a blast during our stay. The house was the perfect spot for what we went to do relax and enjoy a very quality time with the family. The pool was just what we expected thanks for taking care of us and for the amazing experience! ☺️

very nice stay, dog friendly, looks just like the pictures. Only thing that I would say is, no microwave was tough and alot of flies. But overall a great stay.

Love the place!! Everything promises was deliver!!! Had 3 dogs with me and they where safe in a fully gated house. Enough room for children and adult to play in pool! House was clean….. total of 4 beds to full/queen 2 twins….. if you plan to have someone sleep in couch make sure you have extra blankets. Kitchen was fully stock except for microwave and blender. Charlie met us at the house very nice and friendly. Explain how everything work! Overall great place!!!
