The space has a heated pool (Heating is extra $) and has a large drive way to park sand-rails and ATVs Guest access They are able to use all parts of the house except gargage Other things to note SWIMMING POOL HEATING INFO: - April to October, most guests find the pool warm enough such that additional heating is not needed. - November to March a heated pool is more enjoyable. Your choice for additional fee not included in rental - The cost to heat the pool is $100 USD (or pesos equivalent) a day paid in CASH. - For heating to be effective, it needs to start a day before arrival. - Example: You reserve 2 night / 3 days. Cost to heat will be $300 USD extra If you make a same day reservation keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to get the pool comfortably warm.

Very cozy 2 bedroom condo only steps from the sea of cortez with access to 3 community pools , private beach and all the amenities El Dorado Ranch has to offer. Off road vehicles are not allowed on the sea side area. It has all kitchen utensils and equipped with everything you need for an awesome weekend getaway. This condo is designed to sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children , you will only get 4 wristbands fro pool use kids under the age of 15 do not need them.

This resort has many amenities you can enjoy like 4 pools to choose from, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, golf course , 2 onsite restaurants, and private beach as well as gated community and 24 hour security.

Gorgeous 3 bedroom condo located 20 feet from the pool. Easy to get pool access is a huge plus also access to 3 other communal pools and private beach. There are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds so condo can easily sleep up to 10 guests as long as they are under 8 years old. The maximum accountancy in the unit is 6 adults but children under the age of 14 are not considered adults so al long as you stay within the 6 adults you are fine. Off road vehicles are not allowed on the seaside area.

The condo is fully stocked owners lived in it up until 3 weeks ago very nicely decorated. No off road vehicles are allowed so please notify us before you book we have other properties in the resort that do allow off road vehicles.
